Coordinate and schedule home nursing services based on patient care requirements.
Assess patient needs and assign suitable nursing staff for quality care delivery.
Maintain regular communication with patients, families, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
Monitor nursing services to ensure compliance with clinical and company standards.
Manage nurse duty rosters, attendance, and shift allocations efficiently.
Conduct patient follow-ups and address service-related concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate patient records, nursing reports, and service documentation.
Support recruitment, orientation, and training of nursing staff when required.
Ensure timely coordination with doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.




Promote patient satisfaction by delivering skilled, protected, and compassionate home healthcare services.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹56,500.00 per month
