Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused Technical Pre-Sales / Discovery Engineer who can engage with prospective customers, understand business challenges, articulate our capabilities, and qualify opportunities.
This role will act as the first technical interface between customers and us.
This is not a field-intensive manufacturing consulting role.
Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Qualification
Conduct structured discovery calls with prospective customers.
Understand:
Customer business overview
Manufacturing processes at a high level
Existing challenges and pain points
Current methods of monitoring and reporting
Existing digital infrastructure
Business objectives and expected outcomes
Qualify prospects based on:
Customer fit
Use-case suitability
Business impact potential
Technical feasibility
Solution & Capability Presentation
Present our platform capabilities to prospective customers.
Explain:
Platform architecture
AI vision capabilities
Edge deployment architecture
Dashboards and analytics capabilities
Deployment methodology
Integration possibilities
Demonstrate how we can address customer challenges.
