Job Title: International Inside Sales Executive (Night Shift)

Location: Mohali (Work from Office)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate current business prospects and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Eligibility
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Prior experience in International Sales, Inside Sales, BPO Sales, or Customer Service is preferred.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
Comfortable working in a night shift.
