The role supports kitchen operations by cleaning utensils, equipment, and work areas, assisting with basic food preparation, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
Keep the food truck kitchen clean and organized at all times.
Dispose of waste and maintain garbage bins hygienically.
Refill cleaning supplies and notify management of shortages.
Assist chefs with basic food preparation as required.
Clean food preparation surfaces before and after service.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Support inventory storage.
Assist with opening and closing cleaning procedures.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
