Job Title: Personal Secretary

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive management and administrative support to the Director. The role is focused on optimizing the Director’s time, streamlining daily operations, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring seamless communication across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Management:
Calendar & Travel Management:

Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events. Arrange detailed travel plans, including itineraries, accommodation, and logistics, both within Ahmedabad and outstation.
Team Coordination & Operations Support:

Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations by coordinating with small teams and departments. Follow up on task progress, ensure deadlines are met, and help maintain a smooth workflow across the office.
Stakeholder Communication:

Handle qualified correspondence with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining robust, courteous relationships.



Act as a liaison between the Director and various departments, authorities, and business contacts.
Meeting & Project Follow-up:

Track action items from meetings, ensure timely follow-through on decisions, and provide status updates. Support the Director in preparing presentations, reports, and general documentation as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration or Management-related fields preferred)
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Robust problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Ability to manage time effectively and work with mínimal supervision
Prior experience in an executive assistant, secretarial, or administrative management role is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and general office management tools
