Qulity Automation Lead Engineer:
Experience: 6+ Years
Education: B.E./B.Tech, BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and testing solutions.
Lead automation initiatives to improve test coverage, reduce manual effort, and accelerate release cycles.
Build and execute automated test suites for UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Collaborate with Product, Development, DevOps, and Operations teams to ensure high product quality.
Implement continuous testing practices within CI/CD pipelines.
Define and enforce testing standards, processes, and quality metrics across projects.
Develop quality dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into product health.
Mentor and guide QA engineers, assign tasks, prioritize work, and monitor team performance.
Identify process improvements and recommend automation strategies to enhance efficiency.
Work effectively with globally distributed Agile and Scrum teams.

Required Skills:




8+ years of software testing and test automation experience.
Robust hands-on experience with:
Selenium
Karate
Cucumber
Bruno
TestNG
Jenkins
SQL
Programming expertise in Java and/or Python.
Experience in API testing using REST/SOAP services.
Solid understanding of Agile, SDLC, STLC, and Quality Engineering principles.
Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:
Cloud platform experience with AWS and/or GCP.
Solid Java development experience with Spring Boot.
Experience with TDD/BDD methodologies.
Hands-on knowledge of:

SonarQube
Bamboo
Checkmarx
Fortify
Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines.
