Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning including OTB, AOP, seasonal budgeting, pricing strategy, and margin optimization to drive profitability.
Develop range and assortment plans by store cluster and channel, ensuring optimal width, depth, and productivity.
Plan store capacity and inventory allocation based on MBQ, space grading, and recent store requirements.
Monitor sell-through, SPSF, stock ageing, FWC, and execute in-season markdowns and stock transfers to optimize performance.
Partner with Buying and cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights for range selection and continuous business improvement.
