About the Role

CMS is seeking an experienced Faculty - Social Media & Community to inspire and prepare the next generation of digital marketing specialists. In this role, you will lead immersive, industry-focused learning experiences that help students master social media strategy, community building, creator marketing, and digital brand communication.

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging courses in social media strategy, community management, creator marketing, and digital brand communication.
Teach platform-specific strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X, and emerging social platforms.
Guide students in developing content strategies, campaign plans, creator collaborations, and community engagement frameworks.
Develop and continuously improve curriculum, assessments, and project-based learning experiences aligned with industry trends.
Incorporate live case studies, platform updates,



and real-world business challenges into classroom learning.
Mentor students through portfolio reviews, campaign evaluations, and career guidance.
Assess student performance and provide meaningful feedback to strengthen strategic thinking, creativity, and execution.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (postgraduate qualification preferred).
Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience in social media, digital marketing, brand marketing, or related domains.
