Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate leads through various channels and ensure timely follow-up by the team.
Guide the team in client meetings, property presentations, and negotiations.
Monitor and track the performance of each team member; provide regular feedback and training.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and channel partners.
Ensure timely closure of deals and meet revenue targets consistently.
Collaborate with marketing and management teams to execute sales strategies.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and current project launches.
Maintain sales reports, performance dashboards, and client databases.
Promote a positive and performance-driven work environment within the team.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
