The Tendering Manager will be responsible for managing the complete tendering process for interior fit-out and turnkey projects across India. The role involves identifying prospects, analysing tender documents, coordinating with internal teams, preparing techno-commercial bids, and ensuring timely submission of competitive proposals aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities Tender Management
Monitor and identify tender opportunities from government, private, and corporate sectors.
Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contractual requirements.
Assess project feasibility, risks, and commercial viability before bid participation.
Prepare bid qualification documents and tender compliance reports.

Estimation & Costing




Lead quantity take-offs and cost estimation for interior fit-out projects.
Prepare detailed cost sheets, rate analysis, and project budgets.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure accurate pricing based on project scope, market trends, and company margins.

Bid Preparation & Submission
Coordinate with design, procurement, projects, finance, and legal teams for bid inputs.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals as per tender requirements.
Ensure timely submission of bids with complete documentation.
Maintain tender schedules and submission trackers.

Contract Review & Negotiation
Review contractual terms and conditions.
Identify commercial, financial, and operational risks in tender documents.
Support management during bid clarification meetings and negotiations.
Assist in finalizing contracts and work orders after award.
