About the Role:_ The Operations Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing pilgrimage tour operations to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients. This role involves handling bookings, vendor coordination, itinerary management, and providing operational support before, during, and after tours.
Key Responsibilities:_
Tour Planning & Coordination
Plan and organize pilgrimage tour packages
Prepare detailed tour itineraries including travel, accommodation, and darshan schedules
Coordinate with transport providers, hotels,
and local vendors
Ensure all tour arrangements are confirmed in advance
Booking & Reservations
Handle bookings for flights, trains, buses, hotels, and special darshan passes
Maintain booking records and operational documents
Coordinate ticketing and reservation confirmations
Monitor availability and manage last-minute changes
Vendor Management
Liaise with hotels, transport operators, guides, and local agents
Negotiate rates and maintain robust vendor relationships
Ensure service quality standards are maintained
Customer Support & Communication
Provide tour details and operational updates to clients
Assist clients with travel documentation and requirements
Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues
Provide support during tour departures and ongoing trips
Tour Execution & Monitoring
Ensure smooth execution of tours as per itinerary
