Position

CNC Machine Operator & Programmer

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator & Programmer to operate and program CNC machines for wood, MDF, plywood and acrylic cutting/carving work.

Responsibilities:
Operate CNC router machines safely and efficiently.
Create and edit CNC programs/toolpaths based on drawings and designs.
Work with AutoCAD, CorelDRAW and/or CNC design/CAM software.
Set up materials, tools, cutting parameters and machine zero.
Perform 2D cutting, engraving and 3D carving.
Check dimensions and quality of finished parts.
Identify and troubleshoot basic machine and cutting problems.
Optimize cutting time and material usage.
Maintain the CNC machine and keep the work area clean.
Follow production schedules and complete jobs on time.

Requirements:
Previous experience operating CNC router machines.




Valuable understanding of CNC programming and G-code/toolpaths.
Experience with wood, MDF, plywood and acrylic is preferred.
Knowledge of 2D and 3D CNC machining.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.

Key: We are specifically looking for someone who can both operate the CNC machine and create/edit the programs/toolpaths, not just a machine operator.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹33,227.04 per month
