Ø Oversee the daily operations of the perfume production line, ensuring smooth workflow.

Ø Monitor and optimize production efficiency, reducing downtime and waste.

Ø Coordinate with store teams to ensure the availability of raw materials.

Ø Implement production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.

Ø Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during production.

Ø Assign tasks and responsibilities to workers, monitoring performance and productivity.

Ø Ensure that production equipment is in valuable working condition and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.

Ø Maintain accurate records of production output, waste, and inventory levels.

Ø Prepare reports on productivity, efficiency, and any operational challenges.

Ø Maintain all production data into ERP Systems.

Ø Solid knowledge of MS Office.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
