Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the India Sales Team to achieve business objectives.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Expand dealer, distributor, architect, builder, and project networks across India.
Identify new business opportunities and key market segments.
Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers and channel partners.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams for smooth business operations.
Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports,



and business performance reviews.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Stone, Quartz, Marble, Granite, Tiles, or Building Materials Industry.
Proven track record in team handling and business development.
Solid network within the stone and building material industry.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Strong understanding of dealer/distributor management and project sales.

Preferred Location

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
