Hi, I'm Swapnica Jain, founder of a digital marketing agency and an e-commerce brand called Saraaya. I'm looking for a reliable, hands-on Executive Assistant who can sit at the center of daily operations like coordinating between the founder, clients, designers, and the SEO team while also contributing real thinking on content and client strategy. This is not a purely administrative role. You'll need to understand marketing well enough to help shape what goes out, not just track whether it went out.

This is a direct, founder + client-facing role. You'll take instructions and run with them, and be someone I can trust to handle things without me constantly checking in.

What You'll Do
Own day-to-day coordination between the founder, clients, the graphic designer/video editor, and the SEO specialist, and keep every deliverable moving without needing the founder to chase it
Post and schedule content across social media platforms as directed
Review and route content (blogs, social posts, ad creatives)



between clients and the internal team, tracking feedback and edits until sign-off
Contribute to content and social strategy for existing and recent client accounts — suggesting post ideas, campaign angles, and content calendars, not just executing someone else's plan
Help with quick photos/product shoot ideas and use AI image tools (Midjourney, Claude Canva AI, ChatGPT/GPT image tools, or similar) to generate quick turnaround images for Instagram/Facebook stories and posts
Manage the founder's calendar, client call scheduling, and follow-ups
Support hiring coordination like screening resumes, scheduling interviews for open roles
Flag risks and bottlenecks proactively - client waiting too long, designer overloaded, deadline slipping — before they become fires
