Handle incoming enquiries for weddings, social events, corporate events and other celebrations.
Speak with clients to understand their requirements, budget, guest count, event dates and preferences.
Conduct skilled venue walkthroughs for prospective clients.
Present the venue, facilities, packages and event possibilities in an engaging manner.
Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
Negotiate and close bookings while maintaining the brand's premium positioning.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure no enquiry is missed.
Coordinate with the operations and event teams to ensure smooth client handover after confirmation.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.
Build robust relationships with clients, wedding planners, event planners and corporate clients.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
