Role Overview

The Vice Principal - Junior School will work closely with the Principal in providing academic and administrative leadership for the junior wing of the school. The role requires a passionate educator and effective administrator committed to academic excellence, student well-being, staff development, and strong parent engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
Support the Principal in planning and implementing the curriculum for the junior school
Guide and mentor teachers in lesson planning, pedagogy, classroom practices, and assessments
Monitor student learning outcomes and recommend strategies for continuous improvement
Ensure delivery of high-quality teaching and learning standards
Student Welfare
Foster a safe, nurturing,



and inclusive school workplace
Oversee student well-being, discipline, and behavioral frameworks
Work closely with counselors and support staff to address students’ social and emotional needs
Promote a culture of values, respect, and holistic development
Staff Leadership & Development
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-quality teaching and non-teaching staff
Conduct regular staff meetings and academic reviews
Drive professional development initiatives, workshops, and training programs
Build a collaborative and performance-driven team culture
Parent & Community Engagement
Build robust and positive relationships with parents
Lead parent meetings, orientations, and PTMs
Address parent concerns with empathy and professionalism
