Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls in a skilled and courteous manner.
Take and process orders for cakes, pastries, breads, and other bakery products.
Record customer details, order specifications, delivery/pickup times, and special requests accurately.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and custom orders.
Coordinate with the bakery production team to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.
Update order records and maintain accurate customer information.
Follow up with customers when required regarding order confirmations or changes.
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
