Push the limits of what's possible with us as an experienced member of our Software Engineering team.

As an Experienced Software Engineer at JPMorganChase within the Global Technology team, you serve as member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, secure, and scalable way. Depending on the team that you join, you could be developing mobile features that give our customers and clients more control over how they bank with us, strategizing on how big data can make our trading systems quicker, creating the next innovation in payments for merchants, or supporting the integration of our private and public cloud platforms.

Responsibilities:
Participates in, design and develop scalable and resilient systems using Java or Python to contribute to continual, iterative improvements for product teams
Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems




Identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture
Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies
Adds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 7+ years applied experience
Proficient in coding in Java and Python language with robust object-oriented programming and concurrency skills.
Hands one experience RESTful web API integrations.
Experience with relational databases.
Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Kubernetes.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, API Development, Kafka
Exposure to cloud technologies.
