Requisite Experience: Min 1+ yr of experience in relevant field

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a bright CA / Semi qualified CAs to be part of our team. The role will include performing following tasks as a member of team:
Analyze the business model and assess its capital structure and finance needs
Prepare the deal flyers/information memos/projections, etc.
Appraise and liaison with the investors and lenders for sanction, fundraising and post-sanction/equity placement compliance.
Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
Determine internal audit scope and tax compliances.
Obtain,



analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc
Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
Assisting the clients in compliance with tax and fiscal laws such as RERA, TDS, GST, IT
Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
