Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do:
Develop complex code based on functional specifications, completing logic and algorithm design in alignment with established standards and engineering best practices.
Translate and analyze software requirements into design specifications, ensuring adherence to requirements and incorporating business value into all technical decisions.
Perform complex peer code reviews and analysis, providing insight on the broader impact of software changes and delivering meaningful technical guidance to team members.
Influence and lead team standards and processes, including planning, work estimation, solution demos, reviews, and implementation design discussions.
Research complex escalations for production issues, mentor and coach team members, and implement development standards to ensure compliance with product and industry practices.





Role Essentials — What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with significant hands-on expertise in Java development, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Solid experience with continuous software delivery, build environments, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation and continuous integration tools.
Solid communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills with the ability to mentor team members, influence technical decisions, and deliver results independently with mínimal oversight.

What We'd Like to See — Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners toward shared technical goals.
