Responsibilities:
Manage and operate various e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, prices, and inventory.
Manage orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
Monitor daily sales, orders, stock, and product performance.
Prepare and maintain sales and inventory reports in Excel.
Ensure accurate and timely order processing.
Monitor marketplace performance and resolve operational issues.
Maintain proper records and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in E-Commerce / Online Marketplace Operations is mandatory.
Advanced Excel skills are required, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, sorting, filtering, and report preparation.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience with e-commerce marketplaces will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
