About the Role

As a Sales Associate / Trainee, you will welcome showroom guests, share a passion for fine jewellery, and guide every customer journey from initial consultation to final billing. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart or advance your career in luxury retail in a high-performing showroom setting.

Key Responsibilities
Floor & Merchandising: Set up and maintain counters, displays, and jewellery sections according to visual merchandising standards. Handle all jewellery with care, ensuring zero damage and proper storage.
Sales Driving: Achieve individual sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling, and upselling. Conduct tele-calling for special occasions, promotions, exhibitions, and customer follow-ups.
Customer Experience: Welcome every customer warmly, understand their needs, present products confidently, and educate them on fine diamond cuts. Ensure every customer leaves positive feedback and reviews.
Stock & Reporting:



Participate in morning and closing stock checks, flagging any excess or shortage. Report daily activities, customer feedback, and no-purchase visits to the Manager.
Team Collaboration: Support team members on the floor during peak hours and promotional events.

What We Are Looking For
Experience: 6+ months of experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
Customer Focus: Dedicated to delivering exceptional, personalized customer service.
Communication: Clear, confident, and skilled verbal communication skills.
Teamwork & Professionalism: High ethical standards, polished interpersonal skills, and qualified etiquette.
Organisational Skills: Attention to detail, strict adherence to processes, and strong planning skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
