Job Title: Healthcare Assistant (Patient Care & Counseling)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
Follow up with patients and leads regarding consultations and treatments.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors and counselors.
Address patient queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of patient interactions and follow-ups.
Assist in achieving counseling and conversion targets.
Escalate complex cases to the concerned department when required.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass or Above.
Experience: 6 Months - 2 Years (Telecalling, Customer Support, Healthcare, or Counseling preferred).




Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable working 6 days a week in a day shift.
