Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with organizational goals
Manage and grow social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
Create compelling content including graphics, videos, stories, and captions
Monitor trends, social conversations, and relevant news to ensure timely engagement
Build and nurture online community relationships
Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
Collaborate with fundraising and program teams to support campaigns and events
Manage paid social media campaigns (if applicable)
Respond to comments and messages in a timely and qualified manner
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience managing social media accounts (NGO or nonprofit experience preferred)
Solid writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer,



Meta Business Suite)
Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
Understanding of analytics tools and performance metrics
Passion for social impact and alignment with our mission
