Coordinating with the clients for the transactions, onboarding, documentations, verifications as well as KYC process.
Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client expectations
Maintain and manage the MIS accurately and efficiently
Timely updation of the software and be compliant with the same.
Performing routine research on customer inquiries, feedbacks, and grievances
Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the mutual fund industry and of

all products, services and processes performed by the team
Identify and audit existing investments with clients through the reports and documentation.
Coordinate with the team leader in following the processes

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
