The Data Entry Operator (DEO), SAP Executive, Warehouse Operations is responsible for accurate and timely data entry of all warehouse transactions in the SAP /WMS system. The role ensures proper documentation, inventory accuracy, and smooth coordination between warehouse operations and clients.

Key Responsibilities
System & Data Management
Enter GRN (Goods Receipt Note), dispatch, transfer, and return entries in ERP/WMS.
Update inbound and outbound shipment details accurately.
Maintain stock records and ensure system inventory matches physical inventory.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Documentation & Record Keeping
Prepare and maintain delivery challans, invoices, E-way bills, and gate passes.
File and organize warehouse documents systematically.
Maintain POD (Proof of Delivery) records.
Inventory Support
Assist in cycle counts and physical stock verification.




Identify and report stock discrepancies.
Support FIFO/FEFO compliance in system entries.
Coordination
Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, transporters, and clients.
Provide shipment status updates when required.
Support audit and compliance documentation.

Required Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma (any stream preferred).
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations in a 3PL setting.

Required Skills:
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Experience in SAP / WMS systems preferred.
Solid data accuracy and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of warehouse documentation.
Good communication skills.

Remuneration

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
