Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Management
Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities.
Ensure processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
Client Coordination & Communication
Act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams.
Handle queries, provide updates, and ensure timely communication.
Process Optimization
Identify gaps in workflows and suggest improvements.
Implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce delays.
Team Coordination
Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
Track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Tools & System Management
Use CRM tools, Google Workspace, and other platforms to manage operations and data.
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Issue Resolution & Support
Address operational challenges and resolve issues promptly.
Take proactive steps to prevent recurring problems.




Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records of operations, communications, and performance metrics.
Prepare reports for management review.
Performance Monitoring
Track KPIs and operational performance.
Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
