Minimum 8 years of Experience on Mainframe technologies (COBOL, VSAM, JCL,DB2,CICS,Ezytrive,CA7,Xpeditor,File-Aid,Endeavor)
Hands on experience on Rocket Software - Microfocus enterprise developer / Enterprise analyzer, GitHub, Scheduler etc.
Life insurance Domain (Traditional/Universal Life/Variable UniveraslLife / Annuities)
LOMA280/290 certifications will be added advantage
Client management, resource management, basic project management and team leadership.
Should be able to provide technical solution to customer’s business need and able to guide the team for deployment of solution
Technically lead the team and mentor the junior team members to drive the delivery.
Valuable communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, and management
