We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Service Center Supervisor / Team Leader to join our service operations team.

Role & Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 12 Field Engineers and 1 Assistant Supervisor:
Drive service KPIs including:
Pending Ratio Management
Daily Call Closure
Same Day Installation (SDI)
Customer Satisfaction
Achieve AMC and Accessories Sales targets
Monitor engineer productivity and service quality
Coordinate with customers, engineers, and service partners for smooth operations
Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma / BE / B.Tech
Age:
25 to 40 Years
Experience:
2 to 3 Years in Service Operations, Team Handling, Consumer Durables, Electronics, Appliances, or related field

Robust leadership, communication, and analytical skills preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
