Job Summary

Tirth Enterprise is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Administration Intern to support both business development and day-to-day office operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales, customer relationship management, office administration, quotations, and coordination with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in generating recent business prospects through calls, field visits, networking, and referrals.
Support the sales team in meeting architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, dealers, and retail customers.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and customer requirements.
Maintain and update customer databases and lead records.
Assist in product presentations and communicate product information to customers.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents.
Maintain customer, vendor, and inventory records.
Handle basic office coordination, filing, and documentation.




Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams regarding order processing and deliveries.
Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records of sales and administrative activities.

Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to travel locally for customer visits when required.
