Synchro Electricals is looking for a hands-on HR Leader who can build solid people systems while managing day-to-day HR operations.
This role requires someone who can lead HR strategy while also executing operational HR tasks, ensuring that the organization develops a disciplined, productive, and growth-oriented workforce.
The HR Lead will work closely with leadership to hire the right people, strengthen employee discipline, improve organizational structure and build scalable HR processes suited for a growing manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities
HR Leadership & Organizational Development
Partner with company leadership to develop and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with business goals.
Build and improve organizational structures, roles, and reporting systems.
Establish explicit performance expectations and accountability systems across departments.
Drive initiatives that improve employee productivity, discipline, and work culture.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead recruitment for technical, operational, and managerial roles.
Develop solid sourcing channels through:
Engineering colleges
ITI institutes
Recruitment consultants
Online job platforms
Design structured interview and evaluation processes.
HR Operations & Administration
Manage day-to-day HR operations including:
Employee onboarding and documentation
Attendance and leave management
HR records and employee data
Maintain structured HR documentation and employee files.
Oversee HR compliance processes.
Performance Management
Develop and implement performance review systems.
Define KPIs and evaluation mechanisms for different roles.
Conduct periodic performance reviews with department heads.
