Job Description
Candidate will be working at Hyderbad for reputed pharma company and will be responsible for handling marketing and CRM support.
He will implement and develop the organizations CRM strategy
Develop the CRM department structure and hire team for the same.
Robust data analysis skills to track and evaluate CRM performance.
Evaluate CRM customers based on potential and provide final recommendations
Conduct field visits with the CRM team to understand on-ground realities and implement necessary improvements for desired outcomes.

Requirements:
Gradute in science / pharma preferable MBA in Marketing 10 to 12 years of experience in handling arketing support and CRM coordination for reputed pharma company supporting multiple division.
Robust communication skills; ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Robust analytical and CRM system experience (Veeva, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
Pharma industry understanding and exposure to field-force workflows.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership.
