Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Architecture
Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable, and high-performance data pipeline systems.
Architect and optimize distributed systems to manage high-volume data under strict SLAs.
Drive engineering excellence, set technical direction, and influence architectural decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure productive and maintainable software design.

Software Development & Delivery
Build and enhance data connectors and core data pipeline components that process terabytes of customer data.
Design and implement systems for automated, incremental, and clean data updates across multiple data sources.
Contribute directly to code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
Ensure high-quality standards in code, testing, and deployment processes.





Mentorship & Collaboration
Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical growth and excellence.
Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and engineers to align technical initiatives with business objectives.
Promote an creative, high-performing, and customer-focused engineering culture.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Continuously evaluate recent technologies to improve scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Drive automation and efficiency within software development and operations.
Champion best practices for cloud-based architectures, data management, and backend engineering.
