We're looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team in Mohali. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, understands social media trends, and thrives in a rapid-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
/n
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives and marketing goals.
/n




Design social media creatives using Canva while ensuring brand consistency.
/n
Manage end-to-end execution of social media campaigns, including reels, carousels, static posts, and stories.
/n
Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
/n
Monitor analytics, prepare performance insights, and optimize content strategies.
/n
Engage with online communities through comments, messages, and audience interactions.
/n
Coordinate with designers, content writers, and the marketing team to deliver high-quality campaigns.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and AI-powered marketing tools.

Requirements

6 Months – 1 year of experience in Social Media Management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
/n
Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
