Roles and Responsibilities
Investor Lead Generation & Pipeline Development:
Generate high-quality investor leads for fractional ownership prospects in Sturmfrei’s hospitality asset portfolio.
Leverage multiple online and offline platforms including LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, investor communities, real estate investment forums, WhatsApp campaigns, email marketing, webinars, and landing pages.
Activate offline channels such as networking events, startup events, real estate expos, investor meetups, HNI introductions, and partnership referrals.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective investors including HNIs, startup founders, professionals, and real estate investors.
Investor Outreach & Relationship Building:
Engage and nurture potential investors through structured outreach including calls, video meetings, webinars, and in-person meetings.
Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices,



and investment groups interested in hospitality and real estate assets.
Maintain a solid CRM database and track investor engagement and pipeline progression.
Investment Pitching & Deal Conversion:
Present Sturmfrei’s fractional ownership hospitality investment opportunities to prospective investors.
Clearly communicate asset value, projected returns, hospitality demand, and long-term brand vision.
Handle investor queries and guide them through the investment decision-making process.
Drive lead-to-investor conversion by conducting structured investment presentations and follow-ups.
Campaign Execution & Lead Funnel Optimization:
Collaborate with the marketing team to design investor acquisition campaigns.
Optimize lead funnels across paid ads, webinars, landing pages, and email sequences.
Track lead quality and continuously refine targeting strategies to improve conversion rates.
