Job Description
Draft, review, and negotiate end-to-end commercial contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, marketing, IT, and other key agreements.
Provide legal advisory across business functions; identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
Standardize and finalize product documentation for current offerings and businesses.
Ensure compliance with evolving legal frameworks across diverse business segments.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
A degree in law from a recognised institution.
Expertise in drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts within banking, financial services, or law firms.
Proven track record as a high performer with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
