Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage vendor operations including onboarding, catalogue management, pricing, product availability, and order fulfillment.
Build and maintain solid relationships with vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and compliance.
Track vendor KPIs and initiate improvement plans to enhance performance and efficiency.
Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Implement process optimization initiatives to streamline vendor operations and reduce errors.
Candidate Profile / Required Qualifications:
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
