Job Description
Manage and oversee the collections process for the O2C function.
Set up and implement effective collection strategies and policies.
Work closely with clients to resolve payment-related issues and maintain relationships.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Analyse and report on collection metrics and trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Handle escalations and complex cases with a solution-oriented approach.
