Job Description

The Procurement Manager (NPD) will manage procurement and sourcing activities at the factory for parts and components related to fans. The role requires close coordination with vendors, internal teams, design owners, and project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition for recent product development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Sourcing
Develop and plan parts/component procurement with approved strategic suppliers.
Conduct negotiations with suppliers to obtain favorable pricing, terms, and conditions while ensuring high-quality standards.
Analyse market trends, pricing, and supply availability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier information.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with engineering, design, and project management teams to understand product requirements and specifications.




Coordinate with tooling/production suppliers for timely development and delivery of parts/components for NPD projects.
Forecast material requirements and ensure appropriate inventory levels for recent product launches.
Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Performance & Compliance
Create material readiness trackers and generate visibility across cross-functional teams.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in S2P & P2P processes for Recent Product Development.
Strong knowledge of procurement principles, negotiation skills, and analytical mindset.
Proficiency in procurement software and systems.
