Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager – EHS to lead and enhance Workplace, Health, and Safety systems across all projects. The role focuses on ensuring zero harm, ISO 45001 & 14001 compliance, and fostering a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and strengthen EHS systems across all projects ensuring zero harm.
Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 & 14001 standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Design and implement EHS training programs for employees and contractors.
Monitor environmental norms and implement controls to ensure adherence.
Drive a solid safety culture across the organization and track performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil, with EHS certifications preferred.
20+ years of experience in EHS management in construction or related industries.
Solid knowledge of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and ISO standards
