The candidate should be capable of handling multiple visitors and internal stakeholders simultaneously while ensuring smooth front office operations and effective coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
/n
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
/n
Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate hospitality arrangements
/n
Receive and distribute couriers, parcels, and official documents
/n
Maintain front office cleanliness and presentation
/n
Administrative Support:
/n
Provide administrative assistance to HR and other departments as required
/n
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement
/n
Maintain records, files, and office documentation
/n
Coordinate with vendo
