Job Description

We are seeking an experienced General Manager – HSE to lead Health, Safety, and Setting (HSE) initiatives across multiple construction projects. The role involves ensuring zero harm, legal and ISO compliance, and driving a proactive safety culture while implementing robust HSE systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead HSE operations across 4–5 construction projects ensuring safety, legal, and ISO compliance.
Implement and monitor safety management systems, audits, and inspections.
Develop and deliver HSE training programs for project teams.
Establish environmental controls and compliance measures at project sites.
Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure adherence to safety policies.
Track, analyze, and report HSE performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; certifications in HSE are a plus.
20+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in civil engineering or construction.
Robust knowledge of construction safety regulations, ISO standards, and environmental compliance.
