Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL pipelines to ensure effective and reliable data flow.
Manage and enhance BI tools such as Metabase for secure and effective reporting.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to provide real-time insights to business teams.
Analyze user behavior and product metrics using Mixpanel or similar tools to generate actionable insights.
Ensure data quality, governance, and security across analytics systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver impactful solutions.
Continuously identify prospects to improve analytics workflows, tools, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI-focused roles.




Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Mixpanel, or equivalents.
Proficiency in Python and experience with ETL frameworks.
Solid understanding of data modeling, business intelligence, and analytics best practices.
Robust problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in healthcare analytics or healthcare data systems.
Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements in regulated industries.
