Role Overview
The Executive Assistant – Strategy & Business Growth will serve as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, supporting business planning, cross-functional coordination, project execution, and decision-making. The role requires a highly organized, analytical, and proactive qualified who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and driving execution.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Office Management
Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, travel, and business priorities.
Prepare meeting agendas,



presentations, reports, business correspondence, and Minutes of Meeting (MoMs).
Track action items and ensure timely follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings with clients, consultants, investors, and senior leadership.

Strategy & Business Growth
Support the MD in formulating and executing strategic business initiatives.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
Identify new business prospects, strategic partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
Assist in evaluating new business proposals, investment opportunities, and growth projects.
Prepare business reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

Project Coordination
Coordinate strategic and cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and progress.
