We're a boutique B2B lead generation agency delivering Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and Sales Qualified Meetings (SQMs) to clients across industries. Unlike agencies that lean on email cadences and list-building to get "context-aware" prospects, our edge is live, human cold calling — real conversations that convert strangers into qualified prospects in real time.
About the Role -
This is a high-stakes, delivery-critical role. You are the person directly responsible for filling our clients' pipelines with qualified meetings — not marketing-qualified leads, not maybes, but decision-makers who fit the client's ICP and are genuinely open to a conversation. Every call you make either builds or risks the client relationship, since our clients measure our value almost entirely on the volume and quality of qualified leads/meetings delivered each month. You'll be expected to consistently hit an aggressive monthly qualified-lead/meeting target per client campaign - this isn't a role with room for passive quarters.
Key Responsibilities -




Make high-volume outbound cold calls daily across one or more live client campaigns, each with a distinct ICP, script, and qualification bar
Consistently hit (and where possible exceed) the monthly qualified leads/meetings quota assigned per client account
Qualify every prospect rigorously against the client's specific SQL/SQM definition - need, intent, authority, and timing - before handing off
Handle objections live, on the call, rather than relying on automated follow-ups to do the qualifying work for you
Keep meticulous, real-time CRM records (call outcomes, next steps, qualification notes) since clients see this data directly
Ramp quickly on a current client's offer and ICP whenever a recent campaign is onboarded, with minimal drop in call quality
Flag script, targeting, or list-quality issues immediately so campaigns can be corrected before the shortfall compounds
