Look after DTV & ISP business for the co.

Achieving Revenue Goals as per the AOP (Annual Operating Plan).

Achieving Collection Targets from the assigned Customer Base / LOB (Line of Business).

Developing strategies for Net Sub-Base Additions & achieving the assigned targets.

Developing strategies for Customer Retention / Churn Management & Win Back Customers.

Manage the P&L;, ensuring financial targets are met & profitability is maintained.

Taking Special Initiatives for Cost Control & other Projects as directed by management.
