Must have Technical:-
• Positive understanding of Control-M Architecture and Agent/Server Communication
• Valuable knowledge on Control-M tool to manage batch jobs, familiarity with feates and usage of tool
• Basic Unix
• ITIL knowledge
Valuable to have:
• Experience of handling Priority incidents and critical issues related to Control-M.
• Basic Unix
• Basic MS SQL or Oracle

• Experience in 24*7 batch monitoring and production support.

Responsibilities
Provide L2 support for Control‑M job scheduling and monitoring. Responsible for incident resolution, job failures, performance tuning, and ensuring batch workflows run smoothly in production environments. A strong focus is placed on adherence to ITIL processes to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
