Job Description:
A. Human Resource Planning and Execution- Plant
Ensure 100 % contract labour availability as per requirement.
Increase and sustain Female workers
Ensure daily effective training to current contractual manpower
Support in QCD (quality, cost and delivery - Productivity)
B Statutory and legal Compliances.
Ensure processing & updating of regular compliance checklist applicable for Plant.
C. Attendance & Payroll processing, Contract Labour Management.
D. Training & development, Employees engagement for Shop floor
E. ISO, Internal Audits & Industrial relation.
Desired Qualification & Age : MBA-HR / MSW within 35 years
Desired Experience : 10 years of experience in contract labour management, manpower handling, Factory statutory compliance, Payroll handling from manufacturing industry
Knowledge of SAP-Mandatory
Salary Range : 10 to 11 lakhs
