Job Description:

We are looking for talented professionals from Architectural and Interior Design backgrounds to join our agile Projects team.

candidate should have a robust design sensibility, a keen eye for detail, and the passion to transform spaces into experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in conceptualizing, designing, and should have experience in drafting detailed “Valuable For Construction architectural drawings and interior layouts for residential, commercial projects.
Collaborate with senior architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent and project quality.
Prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, material boards, and mood boards.

Desired Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (knowledge of Revit or 3D rendering software is a plus).
Solid detailing ability, and understanding of space planning.
Solid MEP coordination knowledge.

Education
Architectural Education: Diploma in Architecture.
AutoCAD Proficiency: Excellent skills in AutoCAD for 2D drafting.
Sketch up Proficiency: 3d visualisation
